The Promiseland Studio is a Night Owl contractual habitat and world class recording facility just north of downtown Austin. The featured console is a 80 input Otari Concept Elite with full automation and recall. A massive collection of recorders provides 48 tracks Otari RADAR II, 48 tracks Tascam 98s and 38s, 24 tracks Mackie HDR, 16 tracks Alesis ADATS, and Pro Tools. An impressive microphone locker includes the AKG C12 VR and a small army of AKG 414s. Avalon M5 and GML mic pres, too, as well as Avalon 737, Focusrite Red, and DBX 160 compressors and Lexicon 480, 91, and 81 (2) reverbs. Full video capabilities as well.

Night Owl Recording Project Studio - Austin, Texas
Tucked snuggly in south Austin, Night Owl Project Studio is the perfect place for smaller, one-on-one projects. It features a 24 track Mackie HDR digital audio workstation and a 32 track Pro Tools 6.7 digital audio workstation. Microphone preamplifiers include the True Systems Precision 8, ATI 8MX2, and Mackie ONYX 800R. A rich collection of microphones features the Audio Technica 4050 series, the Audio Technica 4040 series, the Shure Beta series, the Audix D series, Sennheiser, and many more. Reverbs and effects by TC Electronic and Roland, as well as Aphex Compellor, FMR Audio RNC, and DBX 166 XL compressors. Other studio goodies include a digital Behringer DDX3216 mixer with ADAT cards, an Alesis ML-9600 Master Link stereo recorder, and lots of guitars by Fender, Gibson, and Taylor.
